The Senior Citizens Advisory Board acts in an advisory capacity on matters pertaining to the senior community. The Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services Department is the designated department liaison.

The Board meets once a month on the first Thursday of the month at 1 p.m. unless otherwise announced. Meetings are open to the public.

How To Get Appointed: Send a letter and resume along with a completed interest form to the City Clerk. Based on the submittal, citizens will be considered by the City Council when a vacancy occurs on the board in which they have an interest or particular expertise. City residency may be required.
