Firefly -  Sits on the second floor of the Plaza Hotel & Casino at One Main St., overlooking the Fremont Street Experience. (702) 386-2110. This restaurant’s emphasis is Spanish tapas, which are small-portion dishes encouraging diners to sample, share and create their own multicourse meals.

Omelet House -  Found on the lower level of the Plaza Hotel & Casino at One Main St. (702) 386-2110. Provides an assortment of breakfast and luncheon menu items in a diner setting.

Paymon's Mediterranean Bistro -  Located in the lower level of The Arts Factory at 107 E. Charleston Blvd. (702) 272-0020. Serves a medley of Greek, Italian, Persian, Middle Eastern, Italian and vegetarian specialties.

Rosati's Pizza -  Found on the east side of the Gold Spike Casino at 400 E. Ogden Ave. (702) 384-8444 Serves pizza, calzones, pastas, Italian sandwiches, salads and Italian desserts.

Tinoco's Kitchen -  Recently relocated to the (Las) Vegas Club Hotel & Casino at 18 E. Fremont St. (702) 385-1664. Contemporary bistro specializing in salads, pastas and fish.
