Traffic Lane Restrictions On Decatur Boulevard, South Of Charleston Boulevard To U.S. Highway 95, Continue
Jones And Valley View Boulevards Are Suggested For North – South Travel

Decatur Boulevard is reduced to two travel lanes in each direction, from north of Oakey Boulevard to U.S. Highway 95, as work on an extensive road rehabilitation and traffic capacity improvement project continues. These lane restrictions will remain in effect through Wednesday, Aug. 26.
As traffic is particularly heavy during the morning and afternoon commute hours, Jones and Valley View boulevards are suggested as alternate routes for through north-south travel while this phase of work is underway.
This preventative maintenance improvement project by the Department of Field Operations is being undertaken to repair deteriorating sections of the pavement on Decatur.
The project, in its entirety, is slated for completion in mid-September.
