Paul Culley Neighborhood Association - "Make a Difference Day" a collaboration with MGM/Mirage, Paul Culley Association, Paul Culley Elementary School & parents and the city of Las Vegas. 
The boundaries are Vegas Drive to the north, Washington Avenue to the south, Saylor Way to the east and Jones Boulevard to the west.
