Homebuyer Assistance Program
The city is preparing to provide Neighborhood Stabilization Plan funds to assist those who are earning up to 120 percent area median income with the purchase an abandoned or foreclosed home in a targeted zip codes. This program will allow for mortgage buy down and/or down payment and/or closing cost assistance.
