CELBRATE is an employee-based effort to increase the sustainability and efficiency of city’s day-to-day operations. Employees regularly share their information, ideas and projects within and across departments. CELEBRATE started as a small seed and is steadily growing into a sturdy, sustainable culture within the city of Las Vegas.

CELEBRATE is more than increasing the efficiency of city operations, it’s also about educating city employees about “sustainability.” CELEBRATE committees across the city have introduced new recycling bins, post and pass out educational information, and challenged city leaders to improve city operations.
